Personally identifying data
Certain visitors to the Outback Flashlights website choose to interact with the site in ways that require Outback to gather personally identifying information. You provide personally identifying information to us when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a contact form. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. For certain website offers, we also ask for your credit card information.

The security of your personal information is important to us and we take reasonable measures to help protect your data. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
All credit card and personally identifiable information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to our payment gateway provider for processing, is only accessible by those authorized to do so, who are required to keep the information confidential. Credit card data is not stored on our servers.
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
